1. Commission Agreement
By commissioning Ash Art you agree to the staged payment workflow: 50% upfront to confirm booking, 20% on first draft, 30% on final delivery. Work begins only after the initial payment has been received.
2. Revisions & Drafts
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions during the draft phase. Major scope changes after approval may require additional fees.
3. Delivery & Files
Final files are delivered after completion payment. Delivery formats and resolutions are agreed at booking.
4. Usage Rights
Clients receive personal and commercial usage rights for the agreed project scope. Ash Art retains the right to display delivered work in portfolio and promotional materials.
5. Refunds
Upfront payments are non-refundable once concept work has begun. Cancellations before work starts may be refunded at the artist's discretion.
